Company AST Metal Performs industrial painting of metal structures using leading brands: Jotun, Hempel, International, Akzo Nobel and local manufacturers. Each project is accompanied by the selection of the optimal paint system taking into account the operating conditions and aggressiveness of the environment.

Before the paint is applied, the shot blasting (SA 2½ - SA 3), This ensures maximum adhesion of the coating.
The coloring process is performed using airless equipment, This allows for an even application and reduces material consumption.

Types of coatings used:

• Epoxy primer + epoxy enamel;

• Zinc-containing shop-primer;

• Polyurethane paint (for external structures);

• Intumescent (fire retardant) coating;

• Combination systems for galvanized surfaces.

All work is carried out according to standards ISO 12944, SSPC, NACE, ASTM D610/D714. The coating thickness is monitored by DFT instruments and the results are recorded in reports.
Closed paint booths with ventilation and filtration systems are used for the complete cycle.
